This policy explains what information African Teas Market collects through africanteasmarket.com, why we collect it and how you can control it. African Teas Market is the wholesale division of Saafara, with sales based in San Francisco, California, USA and export operations in Dakar, Senegal.
Information we collect
We only collect what you send us through our forms or by email:
- Quote requests: name, company, job title, business email, phone or WhatsApp number, country, company type, the products, quantities and shipping terms you ask about, and any message you write.
- Sample requests: the same contact details, plus the shipping address for your samples and your courier account number if you give one.
- Inquiries: name, company, email and your message.
Our web host also keeps standard technical logs (such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested) to keep the site secure and working.
How we use it
- To reply to your inquiry and send quotes, specifications and Certificates of Analysis
- To ship samples and orders and prepare export documents
- To manage our business relationship with you, including follow-up about your request

We do not sell or rent your information, and we do not add you to marketing lists without asking you first.
Who we share it with
We share information only as needed to do the work you asked for:
